Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by internal feelings or external events, or need to respond to unexpected changes in your life, I will work with you to help you meet life's challenges. My practice focuses on the treatment of depression & anxiety; stress & PTSD; trauma & addiction recovery, as well as family & relationship issues. I am a licensed psychotherapist, complementary medicine practitioner, educator and clinical supervisor with specializations in treating trauma, stress and addiction.
I offer an integrative approach, incorporating contemporary therapies with traditional approaches to healing. I specialize in trauma-informed therapies, helping people to heal, and transform old patterns and beliefs into more adaptive and positive states. My offices are located on Long Island & in Midtown Manhattan. I offer Telehealth, as well.
I have aided people in going through, and recovering from 911, Hurricane Sandy, and now, the effects and aftermath of COVID-19.
