I have worked for over 40 years practicing couples, group, and individual therapy. Whether you are coming for help with painful relationships, difficulties with depression or anxiety, complex personal issues, I help people to grow and to become unstuck. I have a passion for helping people grow in their lives and to creatively confront new challenges. I also have a vast amount of experience working with the wide range of serious emotional problems that confront us.
My approach is straightforward and practical. My style is conversational, active, personable, humorous, out-of-the-box, and engaging. People find help relatively quickly from our meetings. Group Intensive for People with Social Anxiety

I am co-leading a unique group inspired by Second City in Chicago using improv and group therapy to support people suffering with social anxiety, social phobia and shyness to develop social skills, greater self-confidence, lessen self-absorption and improving spontaneity.
