I have been a teacher, coach and therapist for the past 20 years. I treat both individuals and families utilizing a cognitive approach that allows clients to think through their issues and choose their future. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma and anger diagnoses.
I have lived and worked in the Lehigh Valley for a long time and therefore am very knowledgable and familiar with area resources. I feel connecting people to the services they need is an added bonus to treatment.
