I have extensive background working with intimate partner violence, individuals recovering from traumatic events, and the gifted poplulation. I received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Imago Relationship Therapy and Mindfulness.
I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of problems and mental health issues such as mood and anxiety disorders. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I run nightly groups for symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I conduct psychological evaluations and personality testing.
