Our emotions can get the best of us. I work with individuals looking to take control over heavy emotions, and those desiring a more positive outlook on life. Bad, painful feelings often keep us stuck. During therapy, I listen carefully to each client's unique story, helping them explore their emotions and beliefs in a more comfortable setting, and working toward emotional relief. Therapy is aimed at helping each client gain personal growth and lasting change.
I work from an Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) framework to help individuals manage difficult emotions. While I have been trained in, and utilize, a number of therapy treatments, I find value in exploring one's emotional experience. Additionally, I work towards providing therapeutic relationships that are genuine, open, and honest.
I work with adults who experience a range of struggles including depression, anxiety/stress, trauma, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, relationship/sexual issues, and Women's Issues. I also work with couples and individuals who would like to improve intimacy, explore sexual issues, and strengthen communication and trust.

Women's Empowerment Group for ages 25-35

Over the years of working with women in their mid 20s and early 30s, I've found similar themes that emerge relating to sex, dating, communication, confidence, body image, and changing family dynamics that contribute to low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, shame, and sexual difficulties. This group creates a space where young women can come together to explore these topics in a safe, supportive environment that leaves participants feeling more connected, validated, confident, and empowered. This is an ongoing in-person group that mets the first Friday of every month. New participants must commit to four sessions. Fee: $180 for the first four sessions

Women's Inner Child Workshop

This group space for healing childhood wounds will utilize group processing, guided meditation, and astrological birth charts to help participants deepen an understanding of childhood wounds, foster a loving relationship to self, and gain insights into emotional needs. This four part monthly workshop will meet the 3rd Friday of every month starting Friday, January 19th from 5:30pm-7pm. Fee $225
