Trauma is an abnormal event so approach it from a new perspective, talk about the things you are told not to and get into the depths of it. You have to be willing to walk into that bad neighborhood, that has become your mind, and clear it out- but you don't have to walk in there alone. Let me come with you. I'll be your lifeline.
I enjoy helping a person realize that they can heal- that PTSD isn't Terminal, that Anxiety doesn't have to own you, that Anger cannot only be "managed" but understood and defused. I delight in helping family's reconnect- helping couples rekindle their love and helping mend broken relationships.
I believe in the unconquerable spirit within us all. I believe in a person's ability to reclaim their life. Healing IS possible- I strive to work with you to set goals and achieve them.
