We have 20 years of experience with the evidenced based treatment, DBT, for clients struggling with emotion dysregulation, interpersonal ineffectiveness, are unable to tolerate distress, and lack mindfulness skills.
In addition, Emily Grimes, LCSW is available to facilitate trainings for clinicians, students, and organizations. She is also trained in the Embodied Recovery model for Eating Disorders.
