I specialize in using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Self Compassion which are interventions that can be enormously helpful to navigate difficult relationships, work issues and severe anxiety and depression. My speciality is in the area of mindfulness , dialectical behavior therapy(DBT), mindfulness self compassion, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Patients find that mindfulness reduces anxiety, lifts depressive thoughts, enriches their every moment, reduce PTSD symptoms(flashbacks/nightmares), and improves their overall quality of life.
