I view therapy as a place to help clients discover their strengths and develop their own personal style in problem solving so that they can reach their full potential. I focus on using research-proven techniques but adjusts these to the clients' needs. I primarily used cognitive-behavioral and client-centered approaches to counsel children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
Katz Psychology is comprised of nine practitioners with various specializations. Our practice is composed of psychologists and school psychologists focuses on mental health, learning, sleep, and adjustment difficulties related to career, school, and family matters. We specialize in the assessment and treatment of individuals across a lifespan.
