I use an eclectic approach, incorporating attention to nervous system regulation/trauma responses and body-based approaches to process trauma and promote a more anchored awareness of self. I am especially informed around women's issues, substance use, and trauma. I offer integration work for altered states experiences.
A sense of safety is foundational for healing and growth, and is a priority in the work I do. I am a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, using a body-focused approach to resolve trauma symptoms.
